These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the website at turnedupcustomcoatings.com (the "Site") and your interactions with Turned Up Custom Coatings ("we," "us," "our"). By using the Site, you agree to these Terms. If you don't agree, don't use the Site.

Pricing displayed or referenced on the Site is illustrative only and subject to change without notice.
4. SMS / text messaging terms
By providing your phone number on our quote request form, by calling or texting us at (904) 775-6247, or via any other direct contact, you agree to receive text messages from Turned Up Custom Coatings related to your inquiry, quote, appointments, and post-service follow-up (including review requests).
- Program description: appointment confirmations and reminders, quote follow-ups, replies to your questions, and review requests after your job is complete.
- Message frequency: varies based on your interaction with us — typically fewer than 10 messages per month.
- Cost: message and data rates may apply. Check with your wireless carrier.
- Opt out: reply STOP to any message to unsubscribe. You will receive a confirmation message and no further texts.
- Help: reply HELP to any message or email info@turnedupcustomcoatings.com.
- Carriers: wireless carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
- Privacy: see our Privacy Policy for how we handle your phone number. We do not sell or share mobile information or opt-in data with third parties for marketing purposes.
5. Services
Our services are provided under separate service agreements entered into between Turned Up Custom Coatings and each customer. The terms of those agreements — not these Site Terms — govern the services themselves, including scope, pricing, warranties, and cancellation.

The Site and its contents — including text, images, logos, graphics, photographs, and design — are owned by Turned Up Custom Coatings or used with permission, and are protected by copyright and trademark laws.
